Let me tell you about this woman, she is a life saver! Unfortunately, I got myself in a bind trying to sell my home. I had to uproot my family a couple years ago on short notice due to a job opportunity and couldn't sell my home right away. Long story short, I attempted to sell my home by owner as is because I did not have the time or luxury to fix it up before selling.
